Troubleshooting

This device comes with a delicate supersonic nozzle containing 950 non-visible openings that are 10⁻⁶m in diameter to generate a fine and gentle mist. Be sure to only use purified water and original Yvana Hahn® products to prevent the delicate nozzle from clogging and causing permanent damage.

✿ PROBLEM: Your Humidifier is not working

Solution: Do not leave your device upside down while wet to prevent damage that voids the warranty policy.

✿ PROBLEM: LED light does not light up when charging

Solution: Please replace with a new Yvana Hahn® charging cable.

Solution: Physical damage not repairable (warranty void).

✿ PROBLEM: After a long charge, the led light is not turning green

Solution: Please switch to a charger with better quality (such as Apple or Samsung charger).

Solution: Please request a replacement if the device is still within the warranty period.

✿ PROBLEM: The amount of mist is reduced

Solution: Gently wipe off the deposits from the nozzle with a wet cotton swab.

Solution: Please replace with a new cotton stick.

Solution: Shake the bottle to increase the contact area of the cotton stick with the solution.

✿ PROBLEM: No Mist after filling the bottle

Solution: Dry the nozzle with a cotton swab or tissue paper.

Solution: Disassemble the outer sleeve of the cotton stick, and put the spring in.

Solution: Shake the bottle to increase the contact area of the cotton stick with the solution.

✿ PROBLEM: Mist Output automatically shuts off after turned on when charging

Solution: Please charge for at least 5-10 minutes before continuing use.

✿ PROBLEM: Suspended solids in the solution

Solution: Please replace with a new cotton stick and fresh solution immediately.

✿ PROBLEM: Device is abnormally hot while using and charging with a power bank at the same time

Solution: Please replace with a new Yvana Hahn® charging cable.
